These are long lists, so don't just settle for the first title at the top. Ctrl-F lets you search for titles and authors within a webpage.
Please remember that these lists of QUIZZES our library owns, not BOOKS.
Many of the books are out of print and not even available for purchase.

What have you been reading lately, Mr. Gittins?
I've really enjoyed the Shiloh books by Phyllis Reynolds Naylor. They're about a boy who rescues a hunting dog from an abusive owner.
Freak the Mighty by W.R. Philbrick is an example of where the WHOLE is greater than the sum of its parts. Two very different eight grade boys team up to become Freak the Mighty, righting wrongs in the world and looking for adventure.

I've read all of baseball card series by Dan Gutman. Field of Dreams has always been one of my favorite movies, so my first choice from the series was Shoeless Joe and Me.
They're a great combination of sports, time travel, and historical fiction. Thanks for the recommendation Grayson. I listen to avid readers.

I'm past the halfway point of the Series of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snicket. I'm just starting number 10 of 13.
Each of the 13 books has exactly 13 chapters. I haven't seen the Jim Carrey movie (based on books 1 to 3?) and don't plan to.
Not too many happy endings here folks, but there are moments all along the way to make you laugh, sigh, or just shake your head in disbelief.
Build your vocabulary along with Klaus, your inventing skills with Violet or your babytalk with Sunny. :)
